The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
The blue gilt covered ground reserves chrysanthemums in salmon and pale green enamel and two shaped reserves with a simple vine decoration and gilt dotted background. Inside the cup rim is a stylish shaped blue border with gilt scrolls and the rims and ornate scrolled handle are also gilded.

Factory marks to the bases and painted pattern number 4591, date cipher for 1908.
The cup measures 8.3cm (3 1/4") wide and 5cm (2") high and the saucer measures 13.5cm (5 5/16") wide.
In excellent condition with no damage or repair and no discernible handling wear.
