The matchlock musket with swamped octagonal twist sighted barrel.
Inlaid silver lines around the muzzle and along the arched single aperture back-sight, and retained by forty-one plain silver barrels bands, pan with pivoting cover, russet iron side-plates covered in silver around the match-holder and set on each side with five silver roundels, all within beaded borders.
The breech with integral pan with pivot-cover, stand along
back-sight.
The action enclosed by a silver plaque decorated with flowerheads and beadwork borders.
Full stock with a slender rounded butt applied with a dense arrangement of shaped plaques. Foiate bosses with beadwark on the spine, with punched shaped silver panels and roundels. The latter set with silver straps and bordered by beaded silver borders. Foliate engraved shaped silver trigger-plate, foliate engraved silver sleeves around the breech and towards the muzzle, one of the former forming a ramrod-entry, pierced iron trigger, ring for suspension, and original ramrod with silver tip.
