Regent Antiques has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The slender reeded stem is raised on the shoulder of a bacchanalian cherub wreathed in fruiting vine, and sat upon a square pedestal with porcelain plaques depicting courting couples inset to the sides. The pedestal is mounted on a round grey marble base base raised on three cast lion paw feet.
Complete with shade.
