This handsome antique / vintage opera top hat which is a collapsible / pop up type hat is marked to the inside with the maker''s details of Austin Reed Ltd, Regent Street, London along with it''s original owner''s initials of AGWH.
This fantastic hat that is a good size at size 7 in excellent condition, dates from the early / mid 20th century and comes in it''s original card box which still bears it''s outer labels and contains an Austin Reed envelope from when it was purchased.
The pop up mechanism works well so would be great to wear and would also make a nice prop, shop display or collectible.
