This is a very pretty silver and guilloche enamel pill box or rouge pot, made by H.V. Pithey and Co., and assayed in Birmingham in 1912. Of circular waisted form, this little piece has a beautiful ultramarine blue lid with a silver-white border. The interior is lightly gilded. The lid is a secure fit. With no damage or losses to either the silver or the enamel, and with only very light signs of usage, it is in excellent antique condition. Both the lid and the base are clearly hallmarked. [Please note that there are some reflections in the images.]
