A George I walnut stool. Raise on turned legs with pad feet and a frieze of book matched figured walnut with a banded edge. The seat is in the form of a leather book is later very decorative addition. In very good condition and with a lovely colour. 560mm high, 540mm wide and 410mm deep. English. Circa 1725
