This Mid 19th Oak Tavern Table and Benches have loads of character. The golden Oak Tavern Table has a matching pair of benches. The planked table top has a shallow grove either side, which would have allowed any spillages to run off the top and onto the floor and a drawer at one end.
Perfect for a country style kitchen, dining room or restaurant for those large gatherings.
Both table and benches are in a nice solid condition with obvious wear from age and use and the odd sign of ancient woodworm. The table has a very old repair to the top of one corner which adds to the country charm and history of the piece.
