Description

Gents 1960 Eterna-Matic Centenaire wrist watch.

The watch has a 21-jewel automatic movement, Eterna calibre 1488U, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 4,459,122 dates it back to 1960.

The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the signed Eterna winding crown and the lugs. The case is stainless steel and it is in good condition. The screw-on case back is signed inside with the Eterna Matic name, and on the outside with the Centenaire name.

The lens is in good condition (some reflection showing in the photos).

The signed dial is in its original finish with original hands, centre seconds hand and date display (initially set by repeatedly pulling the crown out). Very light marking to the dial.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
