A rare, elegant and good in the hand Georgian sterling silver salad fork of a large size. It has the beautiful shine and feel that comes with silver from this period.
 
Fully hallmarked sterling silver, London 1821.
 
Makers mark of William Eley & William Fearn.
 
It is in an excellent condition with no damage or repairs.
 
The bowl is still remarkably thick and unworn with the 6 tines being in good order.
 
Some light surface wear as expected for its age and use.
 
Contemporary engraved initials to the handle.
