Antique Late Victorian Mahogany Triple Wardrobe COMPACTUM dating from around 1890. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a moulded cornice top with inlaid dental moulding and with a cross banded frieze . This is Above a central half door with moulded oval panel to the centre and with cross banded edges and original brass handle . Internally there is a hanging rail and two mahogany lined drawers both have cross banded edges and brass handles. This is flanked on either side by a full length door with shaped bevelled mirror set within a mahogany frame with cross banded edges and original brass handles. Internally and to one side there is a hanging rail and to the other side there is a shelf with three sliding and removable tray drawers over two drawers with brass handles. To the base there are two deep mahogany lined drawers with original brass handles and with cross banded edges. The whole being raised on a deep plinth base and separates for ease of transporting.
