A Beautiful Early 20th-Century Italian Marble Sculpture of a Lady Bathing, Signed Pugi

Possibly by renowned Italian sculptor Guglielmo Pugi (1850-1915) or his sons, who continued his legacy after his passing.

This exquisitely carved sculpture depicts a kneeling lady bather clutching a robe to preserve her modesty. Signed on the back and set on a contrasting grey stone plinth, the piece captures the grace and craftsmanship typical of the Pugi family workshop.
