We are delighted to offer this splendid late Victorian/early Edwardian antique 9ct gold peridot and pearl necklace made c.1900.

Distinguished in style and unapologetically antique, this pendant features the most wonderful of Edwardian and scrolled decorations exuding classical elegance.

The pendant features a wonderful Art Nouveau gold mount in which a central peridot is surrounded by seed pearls of varying sizes. An overall heart-shaped foliate scroll design terminates with a single teardrop peridot at the bottom which hangs freely and truly comes to life upon wearing and natural movement.

Overall a wonderfully elegant, distinguished and classical piece of Edwardian/Art Nouveau jewellery, ideal for the discerning antique jewellery lover and a conversation starter for the keen-eyed.

A spectacular gift for someone special or for yourself - Peridot is known to be the birthstone for August and June for pearls.

The pendant is marked 9ct on the reverse side.
