These Antique Irish green leather wingchairs were made in the late Victorian period, circa 1880.

The good-sized chairs with the Irish carved cabriole legs to the front, and hairy carved cabriole legs to the rear.

Both wingchairs have been recovered in fine English leather hide, we upholstered them in russet leather before hand dying them and finishing them in in the antique finish. A very skilled process that takes much patience and care. The finish would make you believe that the leather is original, and now can be used for future generations to enjoy.
