Rare Cased Set of Six Art Deco "Forget-me-not" Guilloche Enamel Coffee Spoons by Turner & Simpson, Birmingham 1930

Description

This unusual and delightful cased set of six silver gilt & guilloche enamel demi-tasse coffee spoons is dated Birmingham 1930. Each with green and white enamelled stems culminating in yellow and blue enamel "Forget-me-not" finials. Fitted in a black Morocco leather case, the interior lined with cream satin and black velvet.

Hallmarks:

T&S for Turner & Simpson.

Birmingham Assay mark.

Lion Passant.

Date letter "F" for 1930.

Dimensions:

Length: 9cm / 3.5 inches.

Condition:

Very good.
