A fine late 18th century George III mahogany bureau bookcase – the shaped mirror doors (replaced mirror plates) open to reveal an interior with adjustable shelves and 6 additional drawers above pull-out candle slides and a bureau interior with an arrangement of drawers around a central ogee shaped door. The finely graduated oak lined drawers with heavy brass swan neck handles.
