Superb Rosewood Table - Inlay Marquetry - circa 1850

This Rosewood display table is a lovely size and very versatile.

The table is presented in excellent order throughout.

The table rides upon elegantly shaped cabriole legs which are connected by a matching stretcher with mini-under tier. An attractive rosewood skirt below the table surface complements the upper.

The table benefits from fine marquetry to the top surface. The craftsmanship is excellent and the contrasting colours against the rosewood are very desirable. The piece rides upon original china castors.

Overall this piece of furniture is in very good condition. The table is well constructed and very solid. An excellent and interesting piece.
