This antique enamel metal sign which dates from c1900 originates from France and would have originally come from a French vineyard / winery or wine shop to advertise Grands Vins Des Cotes Du Rhone wine.
This oval advertising sign which is slightly convex has a white background with black & blue hand painted wording, the bottom is marked with the maker''s details of G Petyt. 12 Rue Dauphine, Valence and the sign has natural aged wear giving it a highly decorative look.
This single sided decorative sign can be easily fitted to a wall by the 4 fixing holes and is perfect for a winery, wine shop, wine bar, restaurant, hotel or just a nice decorative piece for your home.
