A nice quality cased set of six sterling silver spoons. They are all hallmarked for Sheffield 1966 with the maker being Viner''s Ltd (Emile Viner) and have been designed by Gerald Benney, a very important modernist designer of the time. The pattern is called Chelsea. They are in super condition being free from dings splits distortions and repairs. They measure approx. 4 inches (10.4cm) long by over 0.75 inch (2.2cm) wide and have a combined weight of weigh 74 grams excluding the case. A rare stylish set.
