This breathtaking original antique peridot, pearl, and amethyst pendant, modelled in 15ct gold, represents the suffragette movement.
This rare pendant displays eight pearls surrounding central round amethyst made into a diamond formation raised up beautifully from the cross gold work underneath. The pendant also features a pear-cut peridot drop at the bottom, with flowers, leaves and swirling gold work.
Suffragettes took to their jewellery to display their involvement in the movement, and it became instantly recognisable by the colours of Purple, White and Green. The Green represented hope, the White represented purity, and the Purple represented dignity.
The stones in this piece are of superb quality. They add colour and interest, making it a real conversation starter.
This rare quality piece would make a great gift or a superb addition to any collection.
