A fine quality gilt bronze mantel clock by noted French makers Raingo Freres. A superb silvered engraved dial and crisp gilded case mounts surmounted by a cherub. The original bronze patinated case. An 8-day duration timepiece mechanism with silk suspension. Circa 1840.
