This great looking Milliner's hat stretcher which has a beautiful dark brown colour has a long and chunky metal screw type handle and dates from c1900.

This antique mechanical hat sizer sits on it's wooden base, is a heavy weight and can be used to adjust the size of hats by turning the handle to open and close the wooden hat section.

This hat stretcher has a wonderful decorative patina so looks fantastic on display either on it's own or displaying hats or wigs.

Dimensions: Length: 33 cm (13"). Width: 17 cm (6 3/4"). Height: 31 cm (12 1/4").

Weight approx: 5.272 kg.

Condition: Very good used antique condition with light signs of use in keeping with age leaving a wonderful patina and look. Some small chips, cracks, bruises and age related wear from use. Some old woodworm that has been treated. Opens and closes as it should. Please see pictures.
