A superb sterling silver wine taster of a very high quality that was made to celebrate the coronation of King George VI. It has been made from a thick gauge of silver which gives it a pleasing feel to handle and a deep shine. It has a commemorative coin to the base that was made in 1937.
 
Fully hallmarked Sterling silver for London 1937.
 
Makers mark of R E Stone.
 
Excellent condition with no damage or repairs.
 
No engraving or inscriptions.
 
Some light surface wear and tarnish spots that can be seen in the photographs.
