Early Howard & Sons Armchair

A wonderfully shaped mid 19th century Howard & Sons ''Hammond'' armchair. The walnut frame raised on turned legs and all with the original Cope & Collinson worn gilt brass casters. The right back leg bearing the early serial number.
 
A good solid frame with tight joints and retaining its original Horse hair fillings and newly upholstered by us in blue and white monogram cotton lining ready for use as is or your choice of top cover.
 
As with all our upholstered seating we do offer upholstery should you wish.
