We are delighted to offer this splendid late Victorian/early Edwardian turquoise and pearl pendant necklace made c.1900 in 15ct solid gold.

Incredibly charming and captivating upon first glance, this pendant features a most lovely combination of striking blue turquoise and pearls that create a light and airy contrast. In addition to its colour combination, the overall design of the gold setting and mounting of the cabochons present an almost flower like design which radiates such an elegant and endearing appearance.

The fine gold wirework is a testament to its quality and craftsmanship and the proportion in which the gems have been set display wonderful artistic sensibility. The freely moving bail and bottom pearl result in an even more lively and airy appearance upon wearing as it swings with your movements, immediately elevating and complimenting your overall attire.

Opulent in colour, craftsmanship and intricacy, this necklace might just be the perfect piece for the discerning antique jewellery lover. Ideal both as a collectible and versatile piece of jewellery to wear as a standalone piece or amongst other jewellery to stylishly express your passion and appreciation of fine antique jewellery.

A spectacular gift for someone special or for yourself - Turquoise is known to be the birthstone for December and pearls, June.
