In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the 1920s.
There are two recessed pen trays on the top of the stand and a large drawer below. It stands on four small bun feet.
It is in good condition throughout and although it has been used it has been well looked after over the years. There are some small signs of age and use, a few minor knocks and marks but nothing detrimental or untoward. There are no major damages to the inkwells and the hinges are in good order.
