Antique Set Of Doulton Lambeth Salad Bowl And Silver Servers, C. 1877 - Rare

This is an exceptional set of Doulton art pottery, comprising a rare antique stoneware salad bowl paired with matching silver servers. The ceramic bowl features a beaded top edge and an artistically rendered floral design in shades of blue and ochre. The silver servers are in excellent condition, each bearing full hallmarks. The silverware was crafted in London in 1877 by Richards & Brown (Edward Charles Brown).
 
The bottom of the bowl is monogrammed with ‘E.E.S.’, identifying it as the work of Emily Stormer, a prominent artist for Doulton from around 1877 to 1895. The quality of her craftsmanship is evident and highly regarded by Doulton pottery collectors. Her design shows the influence of renowned artists Arthur Barlow and Frank Butler.
