Description

Antique silver Waltham pocket watch, 1921.

The watch has a seven jewel grade 610 stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and it has the serial number 24,043,370 which dates it back to around 1921. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Birmingham 1925 with a case maker’s mark for Aaron Dennison, the English watch case maker and supplier to Waltham UK. The case is in good condition, just general light surface marks, nothing too detrimental at all.

The glass lens has a few little marks but not too serious at all.

The signed dial has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and outer minute markers. There are a couple of short hairlines at the bottom of the dial but not too noticeable to the naked eye.

The watch comes in a new presentation box.
