This superb and rather unusual silver mounted Bohemian cranberry glass scent bottle is dated Birmingham 1901 and bears the marks of Charles May, who specialised in perfume bottles. The rich cranberry glass body a beautiful tear-drop shape. It is sliced-cut to clear glass in geometric patterns and fits beautifully in the palm of the hand. The neck mounted with a fully hallmarked silver hinged lid. The lid prettily engraved with a feather on a textured background. The inner neck fitted with a clear glass stopper.
