A pair of Mahogany Framed scroll back Library Armchairs in superb original condition.
 
This pair of William IV mahogany library chairs would have been made circa 1830.
 
The library chair frames are made in a fine quality mahogany, and have deep buttoned backs.
 
The front legs are beautifully turned with carving to the top bulbous. The chair stands on brass cup rolling castors.
 
The swept uprights of the back finish at the scrolled head rest, the mahogany carved in a leaf design.
 
The arms that are moulded and sweep forward, have padded armrests ending with a scroll.
