A pair of French early 20th century (circa 1910) highly decorative Kingwood bombe commodes.This pair of commodes consist of serpentine shaped and moulded faux marble tops finished in a blue vein painted marble effect.Each commode having two drawers with central Kingwood and tulipwood floral marquetry oval panel of a vase of flowers surrounded by ebony and boxwood stringing with parquetry trellis decoration with ebony and boxwood geometric stringing with an outer tulip crossbanding.
