Silver Card Case By Joseph Gloster Birmingham 1901

£110    $145    €131
A very fine solid silver card case in polished silver. Rectangular in shape with curved edges and corners, this is a slim case which fits nicely in the hand. The fliptop hinged lid opens and closes well and opens to reveal an interior with a lovely gilt finish.

Hallmarked as sterling silver to the inside rim by the Birmingham Assay Office, 1910 with makers mark for Joseph Gloster, well known makers of fine silver items. The lid is also hallmarked.

A lovely card case in great antique condition. There are a few shallow dints to both sides of the case, which we mention for accuracy.
