Japanese Meiji Period Lacquer And Silver Inro And Netsuke

Status: This item has been sold
Sold by: Jon Irvine Antiques

A beautiful Japanese Meiji period 2 case lacquer inro with subtle mottled and incised finish, topped with a silver mount and bale it has a glass ojimi and a painted lacquer netsuke depicting what I believe to be a Kijo. Both the inro and netsuke are in excellent condition commensurate with age; the inro measures 3 inches in length.
