A stunning example of a fully kitted out vanity box made from an attractive burr walnut wood. It’s a high end piece with high quality features including a bramha lock and key. The main centre lid comprises of a brass inlaid plaque and a drop down front flap revealing two drawers. The interior comprises of a reversible inside lid section, either have the navy blue velvet or the vanity mirror. Behind that is some gold writing stating to whom the box was presented to in 1873. The vanity box comprises of all the bottles and storage compartments you would expect and a full set of vanity tools with mother of pearl handles. The drawers are made with jewellery storage in mind. An overall prime example in complete original condition.
