A Victorian period, French, rococo style rosewood console / fold-over card / games table, Circa 1860. This high quality table features an attractively figured solid rosewood top with serpentine sides and rounded edges. The top folds out to reveal a circular inset baize, supported by a telescopic rear legs which also reveal a drawer. Carved rose in the centre of the frieze. Raised on fine carved cabriole legs.
An attractive high quality table, made from beautifully figured rosewood. Well presented, in very good condition. Cleaned and wax polished, and very much ready for use.

This table measures approximately 76 cm (30'') tall, 86 cm (34'') wide, 43 cm (17'') deep unfolded, and 86 cm (34'') folded out across the top.
