This is an antique silver plated strawberry set. The large original gilded shell sits in four ball feet. To the back of the shell is a central handle curved at the base and supporting two wirework circles that hold the cream and sugar. This is sold in original plate and gilding with no wear. c.1880 British made with a makers mark for Benetfink & Co of London stamped underneath.
