Antique Victorian Ruby & Diamond 18ct Gold Cluster Boat Shaped Ring - 1896

Status: This item has been sold
Sold by: Artisan Antiques

We are delighted to offer this stunning antique 18ct gold ruby and diamond three-row design ring made in Birmingham 1896.

The ring is made from 18ct antique gold and has a wonderful soft buttery gold tone which wonderfully complements and elevates the glistening gems on top.

The highlight is undoubtedly the top section in which 5 faceted rubies are flanked by two rows of old cut diamonds. The soft gold tone and the rich red rubies present a regal and majestic look whilst the diamond cluster glistens wonderfully under natural sunlight.

A delightful piece of Victorian jewellery which can be worn as a single piece or amongst other accessories. A splendid gift for someone special or as a indulgent present for yourself, this ring most certainly distinguished itself from contemporary pieces and is the perfect addition for the discerning antique lover.

Fully hallmarked in the inner shank with English hallmarks.

Rubies are know to be the birthstone for July and diamonds for April.

All of our jewellery comes with a complimentary hard shell gift box with a velvet interior.
