A fine pair of Spode Stone China shaped and fluted oval dessert serving dishes printed and painted with an oriental landscape scene set around the edge of a lake. Lovely coloured enamels in lime green, teal, pink and iron red; gilt highlights to the buildings and hanging garlands around the rim border and finished with ochre rims. Spode Stone China stamp and pattern number 2857 written in red enamel, c.1820-1830.
They measure 26.8cm (10 1/2'') by 18.2cm (7 1/8'') wide and 3.8cm (1 1/2'') high.
In excellent condition with no damage or repair and very minor handling wear.
