Description

An antique stick pin (or scarf pin/lapel pin/tie pin/cravat pin) with an unusual ancient Roman-style portrait carved into a white hardstone, possibly marble, and mounted in nine-carat rose gold.

Marked 9C on the back of the terminal mount. The twisted pin section, more yellow gold in colour, is untested.

Size: The piece in total is 5.6cm long. The oval terminal measures approx 1.4 x 0.9cm.
