A First Period Worcester porcelain coffee cup and saucer c.1765 -177. Finely painted with a ''spotted fruit'' pattern in bright enamels of quince with the spots, blackcurrants, cherries and plums amongst others. Framed with a shaped apple green ground of the same quatrefoil shape also found on the Marchioness of Huntley wares. 
 
Underglaze blue mark, ''.9'' above a set of crossed sword
