George III Silver Wine Funnel - London 1800

Description

A fine silver wine funnel. Crisp hallmarks for London 1800, and for maker HS, possibly Solomon Hougham. Comprises of funnel and bowl which fit together very firmly. The funnel is also stamped with a lion passant. Beautifully crested with a bull motif.

The condition is good overall with no dents or splits. Minor age related wear. Very clean lines.

Weight approx 80g.

Height approx 13cm.
