A stunning pair of French Mother of Pearl Opera glasses dating to c.1910. They have been professionally cleaned and polished, restoring them to their former glory.
The underside of the frame is signed by the maker (a letter ''M'' over a crown) and also ''France''.
They have a long substantial Mother of Pearl handle, made longer once extended. They remain in excellent condition and in full working order. Folded up, they measure 6'' x 2'' x 2''. Edwardian in era, dating to c.1910.
