The fall opens via a sprung brass catch to reveal interior of 5 pigeonholes and 5 various size drawers with brass pulls, the writing surface retains the original tooled leather. The lower section having 2 banks of 3 drawers again with conforming brass handles leading to the stepped base. This writing desk is in A1 original condition with Hobbs & Co brass locks with keys.
