A charming example of novelty Victorian silver sewing ware. This is a lovely thimble ''bucket'', fully hallmarked and with a chain handle and attaching ring for a chatelaine. There is a period silver thimble inside.The bucket is understated and stylish, with a blue plush lining and is hallmarked to the side. A fine collector''s piece, usable today. Dimensions below.
