Frank Herring of 27 High West Street, Dorchester, Dorset.Joseph Hennah was an acclaimed artist and etcher, who painted beautiful landscapes with great style and sensitivity. Born and raised in Newport, South Wales, he attended Newport College of Art and by 1926 was exhibiting with the Royal Academy. He moved to Weymouth in Dorset around 1939 and was closely involved there with the local art scene. His works are mainly of South Wales, the fishing villages of Cornwall, South Africa and the Jurassic Coast of Dorset.
