An early 19th Century Japanese woodblock print, depicting a Bijin reading a scroll standing next to a tub of growing iris, framed and glazed, with an attractive gold mount. There is a small amount of wear and small loss top left as photos show.
This is very nicely presented with a deep gilt foil mount and neat black frame that suits the image beautifully.
This measures 52 cms by 39 overall, including the frame.
