Description

George III mahogany chest of drawers; unusual form with good large 'Country House' proportions; the figured solid mahogany top with projecting front corners and moulded edge above the two short and two long drawers in well figured flame mahogany in book matched veneers. All drawers being fully chestnut lined with original large brass handles and working locks and key. The unusual projecting curved corners leading to the tall elegant feet echoing the design. Having an excellent colour and patination incorporating the finest figured mahogany.
