A fine quality Japanese Meiji period Kutani okimono depicting Daikoku, one of the 7 Japanese lucky gods, depicted sitting on bales of rice holding his hammer in one hand and a sack over his shoulder. This beautiful okimono is hand painted in colourful enamels and apart from typical minor wear it is in excellent condition standing 8 ½ inches tall.
