1940 - 1960
Sold by AC Silver
Description

A fine and impressive, unusual 0.70 carat sapphire and 0.16 carat diamond, 18 carat yellow gold and 14ct white gold set dress ring; part of our diverse vintage 1950s jewellery collections.

This fine and impressive vintage sapphire ring has been crafted in 18ct yellow gold with a 14ct white gold setting.

The unusual rectangular-shaped setting displays a feature mixed cut sapphire to the centre, overlaid with a white gold three-dimensional scroll design, accented with a planish finish.

The feature sapphire is bordered to two sides with alternating pavé set sapphires and transitional modern brilliant round cut diamonds, in a cluster design.

The main setting surmounts an impressive plain geometric-shaped ring shank.

This unusual sapphire and diamond ring is hallmarked to the interior of the shank with the 18ct gold mark (18CT) and has been independently tested using state of the art technology (Niton XL2 Analyzer) and verified as 18 and 14 carat gold.

This impressive vintage ring is supplied with an IDGL diamond and gemstone grading report card.

Images do not always reflect the true colour and brilliance of gemstones and diamonds. The video however provides a truer representation of the actual colour and showcases each stone.

Condition

This vintage gemstone ring is excellent quality, set with impressive sapphires displaying fine colour, brilliance and presence.

The well colour matched diamonds display a fine white colour and brilliance.
