Chunky Antique Victorian Silver Watch Chain

Description

Chunky antique Victorian silver watch chain.

The chain measures 30cm long including the T-bar and the clasp. The piece is probably Continental and, as such, is not hallmarked but we have carried out tests and the results tell us it is silver, probably 800 purity.

This is a chunky piece which would suit a larger pocket watch, the chain is just a fraction under 1cm wide.

Total weight 49g.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
