An elegant 1950''s silver cigarette box by Robert Pringle and sons. This rectangular cigarette box is decorated with fine engine-turned engraving to the lid with a smooth band around the rim, and the sides are in smoothly polished silver. A smooth rectangular cartouche panel in the centre of the lid could be used to personalise the box with initials or a monogram. The interior of the box is lined in a light wood and the base is neatly finished in leatherette. The lid hinges and closes nicely.  A superb solid silver box, of good weight and quality in a classic design that never goes out of fashion.
